Hardware Maintenance and Network Maintenance
Hardware Maintenance includes:
¤ 2 Preventive Services per annum.
¤ Unlimited number of breakdown calls
on hardware.
¤ Response time within 4 hours. (Inclusive
of parts and labor)
¤ Free loan of equipment in the event
of longer repair needs.
¤ Help desk assistance 09.00 - 17:50
hrs. (Monday to Friday)
¤ 24/7 Internet email support.

Even if your system is running well today, viruses may be lurking or parts
wear and tear may just waiting create havoc. System breakdowns could prove to
be very costly as a result of lost data's. Be sure to have preventive maintenance
regularly to protect your investments.
Preventive Maintenance:
Hardware Maintenance includes:
¤ Visually inspect the condition of your systems.
¤ Scanning of system hard disk for
possible hidden viruses.
¤ Clean and check interior contacts
and connections of systems.
¤ Clean or replace cooling fans and
ensuring heat sinks are secure.
¤ Clean and inspect the floppy drives.
¤ Clean keyboard and exterior of computer.
¤ Preliminary check on operation of
system.
¤ Re-assemble your computers and components.
¤ Test system with customer's applications.
Service available during
office hours: Mondays to Fridays, 09:00 – 17:30 hrs.
Availability of service at other times is subject to
mutual agreement between the Client and Ayansys.
